Hello, my name is Chris Maynard. For the past 13 years I have taught in Chicago Public Schools, mostly fifth-and sixth-grade English Language Arts (ELA) and one year as an eighth-grade Social Studies teacher. I just moved to Milwaukee this summer to continue my teaching career while being closer to my brother's and sister's growing families. You can learn more about my teaching journey here.
I have created this website to showcase my teaching experience and talents. Thank you for visiting my site. In the meantime, enjoy the beautiful song below as it represents my new start in Wisconsin.
Sincerely, Mr. Maynard
